: This would depend if any bugs got into it from drinking out of the bottle.  IF it smells bad don't drink it.   Not likely a problem and would put it back in fridge now.

Condensations: Condensation occurs with temperature extremes. If you keep a supplement refrigerated and then remove it only to return it minutes later, water droplets will form that ultimately breakdown the integrity of the capsule or tablet.  Water is the real culprit. Likewise, keep supplements away from extreme heat sources.  Quality supplements are actually controlled food products. They have a shelflife too.

: What medication? Is it liquid or pill or capsule? Waiting to take at room temperature is not a usual instruction/ In any case keeping it at room temperature for 10 minutes would suffice.

Storing Medications: You want to keep them at room temperture protected from light.  Although they do loos effect overtime and you really should take the prescribed course so there never should be left over antibiotics in a prescription.

You really can't: Cold packs that need to be kept frozen are very inefficient in first aid kits.  A better option is a "chemical" cold pack that becomes cold when the chemicals inside the bag are mixed (squeezed) together.  These are available at medical supply stores and are not affected by temperature.  The cooling from them lasts about 30 minutes.

: You could store your pills in the fridge. A short term exposure to the temperature you mentioned should not affect the efficacy of the medication.

May be normal: A person who always measures his or her temperature to be 97.5-98.6 degrees when not ill, may be normal at that measurement. At his annual check-up, or at his next blood test, he can ask his doctor to order a thyroid hormone test to be sure it is not low (low thyroid lowers body metabolism/temp.). A person with ill symptoms and lower than usual temp. Should see his doctor soon for an evaluation.

Not if it's real...: It is not ok to have an internal (core) temperature of 96.5 degrees. If a person looks fine and feels fine, the 96.5 is usually an external temperature, or from a thermometer that is reading low.

Med side effect?: Certain medical conditions can cause body temperature to be abnormally low. Low thyroid blood levels, other endocrine abnormalities (especially diabetes, pituitary gland problems and adrenal insufficiency). Also chronic kidney disease. Some medications can also affect body temperature; esprecially antipsychotics.
