Estrogens tend: To cause normal (and abnormal) breast tissue to grow. Any thing that interferes with estrogen production will impair breast growth. Excess estrogen not recommended.

Probably not: Not aware of any actual data on this, but more importantly, there is a clear link between early smoking and later development of breast cancer (as well as many other cancers).  Do yourself a favor and kick the habit now.

Not typical: Breasts stop growing in the early 20's. Breasts become more fatty with weight gain. You should see your doctor and get a mammogram to be sure there is not an abnormal lump.

Not if recovered: Breast growth occurs in response to your hormone levels (estrogen, Progesterone in pregnancy). If you have recovered to a degree that your caloric intake is adequate, your hormonal levels should return to normal, and nascent bresast tissue will develop (it can be like going through puberty 20 yeasr too late). If despite good diet, you arent seeing any growth, check hormone levels.

Theoretically...: The breasts have several different sources of blood flow -- from the armpit artery (axillary), the chest wall itself (perforators) with each artery coming from individual rib arteries, a large internal chest artery (internal mammary artery), and other assorted arteries.  Constricting ALL of these blood vessels is nearly impossible, so the chance that this could happen and stunt breast growth = 0.

Depends on cause: If the secondary amenorrhea is caused by a process that interferes with estrogen production, then it could be related to the symptoms you describe.  The best way to find out is to have an evaluation of the cause for your amenorrhea with either a gynecologist or endocrinologist.

Breasts: Breast size is likely to ^ w puberty, pregnancy & possibly prior to your period.   You can build up chest muscles w exercise & weight lifting but it will not ^ the amt. Of fatty tissue. There are no pills, herbs or machines that will ^ breast size.  Breast augmentation is surgical enlargement.  A padded bra will ^ appearance of volume.  A supportive, well fitting bra can also enhance appearance.

There are no : Natural methods that I am aware of to stop breast development.  Breast development (tanner stages) is different than increased breast size. If you lose weight in general, a certain % will be breast fat but the actual amount can't be predicted.
