Depends: Sorry to say it again but it all depends upon what he injury is. A non displaced fracture is difernet from a fracture that requires reduction , or internal fixation ( surgery)
age is a factor not only fo rthe degree of injury but for who one is competing against. For example is a 5 year soccer star or a 21 year old blue liner!

If healed yes: As long as the fracture has healed and there is no residual deformity that limits function resumption of sport is usually possible.

2 to 3 months: Usually after the fx has healed and the arm properly reha, that is you have ragain your strenght and mobility back.Depanding upon where the fx is localized and fx characteristic could be nbeyween two and three months.

Depends: This depends on many factors.  This includes what part of your arm was broken as an example was it the shaft  was it a part of your joint. How was it treated with cast immobilization or surgery. How far out are you from your injury and healing. In general i tell my patients that they may resume contact sports 4 to 6 weeks after removal of their cast or brace.  Again this is a complicated question i would refer you back to your provider to answer this.

i just had a rotator cuff strain injury from a fall.  can't lift my arm up.how long does it usually take to recover?  when can i resume playing sports

Best for you to get: Advise from someone who evaluates you, by examining/investigating you. He'll  inform you of the diagnosis/treatment.
So see an orthopod. 
It generally last for about 6 weeks, by then if its a partial tear/sprain, it should improve greatly.  A few patients don't improve and may need MRI and probably benefit from the surgical repair.
Returning to sports would be once the rc has healed.

: I would consider consulting his doctor for an evaluation. This could represent an infectious process settled within the glands of the underarm.

Elbow pain: This is irritation caused by elbow use from any sport and will respond  to a tennis elbow support 1inch  application below the elbow, an anti-inflammatory daily and rest for 10 days

Probably: This is probably miliaria. Clogged sweat glands. Please see your dermatologist for evaluation and to discuss treatment options.

Cervical radiculopathy: You could have a pinched nerve in the neck which is affecting nerve impulses to the muscle, and subsequent weakness in the affected arm. There are also other reasons that could cause weakness in the arm. Either way you need to be seen by an orthopedic spinal specialist and get a formal work up.

yes: Most often if you are healing from a broken arm (either the forearm or the upper arm), you should be free to move the hand/fingers.  And in fact should be encouraged to do so to avoid stiffness.
