i have a 17 year old boy, for the last few weeks every time we take his blood pressure it is high 158/83. he is complaining about headaches?

Needs evaluation: It is hard to know if the blood pressure is the trigger for his headaches but it is evidence of a treatable level of high blood pressure. It's not a go to the ER level but it is a go to the doc within a week level. In the short term, no salt or salty foods, caffeine or nicotine and compile a list of symptoms or concerns you can take to the visit. We tend to forget some under stress.

my pcm gave me tramadol 50mg for headaches took 1 3hrs ago n its not helping can i take two? having really bad headaches lately & i feel some pressure

Tramadol: It would be inappropriate to answer this for you. Clearly if you are not getting relief you have to contact the prescribing MD and get his instructions. I cannot answer this here as I do not have info on your full medical history and medication history

Yes, low BP symptoms: Since you are taking blood pressure (bp)pills your BP may drop too low. The absolute number is not the deciding factor. "too low" is any BP that actually causes symptoms, in your case headache, others include dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, fatigue, and visual changes. You may want to drink some additional fluids, take it easy and if this continuous you must check with your doctor.

See your dr.: First, you need to find out what kind of headaches you have. If otc pain meds such as tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin don't help, see your dr. For a checkup which includes your vital signs ; lab tests. Also need to let them know if u are taking any other meds or drugs. You might need to see a neurologist for a workup. If you have tension h/a's, try relaxation techniques like meditation, yoga ; massage.

Desloratidine ok: if you mean can you take desloratidine any time of day once a day, yes.  Side effects are usually minimal. For continued nasal pressure and headache, discuss details with a practitioner.

can glycerol really treat pseudotumour cerebri? does it cause rebound headaches/pressure? how much would you take a day?

Don't self-treat: Drinking glycerol is an ancient emergency treatment for crisis glaucoma. There's much more to offer for pseudotumor cerebri patients, though glycerol may be used by your physician in an emergency situation.

Antihistamines: First generation meds work well, like Diphenhydramine and chlorpheniramine.  However, they cause sleepiness and dry mouth. Second generation meds like loratidine, Cetirizine and fexofenadine are now generic, cheap and have few side effects.

i have bad sinus headaches, i'm having high blood pressure problems so what is the best thing to do for them now ? is there anything i can take?

Visit your doctor.: Sinus pain can be very significant, significant enough to raise your blood pressure.  You should visit your doctor to make sure that your headaches are really just from sinus pressure, and not from something more serious.  Your doctor should then review your current medication list and pick a sinus medication that won't hurt your blood pressure.  There are many choices.

i am 43 years old, l, v a headache at the back of my head. i, v a pressure not less than 130/90 . i take lisinopril 5 mg +hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg?

Adjust meds : Headache still may be symptom of hbp as diastolic number is borderline high.
Low salt diet, exercise and weight loss are first step. Next is a visit to your md to see if meds need to be adjusted up.
Do not treat hbp by yourself.
