Numerous: Cat bites are often problematic because of the deep/sharp teeth that cats have.  This causes their wounds to be deep and difficult to adequately clean out of all bacteria.  If you are having swelling/redness/pain at the bite site, you should see your doctor.

Yes, fleas : Carry diseases such as murine typhus.  You need professional pest control and flea control of your cats.  Ask vet for recommendation for best flea medicine for your cats.  Good luck, sometimes fleas are difficult to eradicate once your home is infested.

No problem: You can tell your cat to "leggo" your eggo and eat the rest in confidence.  Nothing will happen.

: Besides ice, you can use lidocaine 4% cream or ointment for relieving the itch, better than hydrocortisone 1% cream, both are OTC products.

Cate bite: Bites from cats are polymicrobial, with a mix of aerobes and anaerobes. Common aerobic pathogens in cat bites include Streptococcus species (including Streptococcus pyogenes), Staphylococcus species, especially S. aureus and Moraxella. But Pasteurella multocida, a small cocco-baccilus is very very possible.  You should see your PCP if it does not inprove in the next 48 hours.

: Did you wash and clean bite area? Cats pick up rabies from raccoons, skunks, foxes, coyotes, and bats. See your doctor for a protocol  of treatment shots.
