See MD: You should see a doctor as soon as possible.  This could be serious and disfiguring.  See a pcp, dermatologist, or other doctor.  I would not hesitate to be seen.

i keep getting cystic like pimples that don't on face back chest and arms, there is not blood or pus only a oil like liquid fluid in side, if broken ?

See a gynecologist: Hi, did you have it drained (scalpel to the cyst) and a word catheter placed in? the cyst is not supposed to persist after drainage and 3-4 weeks of word catheter placement. If so, it's time for excision or other procedures. See you gynecology for another exam.

However without examining it may also be something more serious such as abscess so safest to be seen urgently by a doctor licensed in your area especially if you are unwell, have fevers, the area is red and painful.

Sebaceous cyst: The cyst could be sebaceous cyst or follicular cyst. If keeps draining and any signs of infection may need antibiotic and complete removal of the cyst is the definitive treatment.

Follicultis: It sounds more like folliculitis, which is an infection of the hair follicles and may need a course of antibiotics to resolve.  Herpes generally appears more like crusted painful lesions but it is impossible to say without physically seeing you.

No not bad: Rupture of an ovarian cyst is a common occurrence. Painful yes. But clears up. The fluid does clear up

Suture abscess?: If there were permanent sutures used, it could be an infected suture that is easily treated by removing it. This can happen after years of not causing any tepuble at all. A general surgeon would be the one to tackle this. Unlikely a recurrent cyst, but possible.

i have cysts on breast which were inflamed. applied a warm compress and noted drainage overnight. top layer of skin is now broken and some liquid still oozes from a small hole. how do i care for the area?

See your doc: suggest that you visit your fp or gyn. There could be an infected cyst/abscess that might need antibiotics. Suggest that you get evaluated , discharge cultured, and possibly txed.
