Let's talk...: Given your young age, and the diffuse and fleeting nature of your symptoms that involve many unrelated areas, several possibilities come to mind: 1) neurologic disease like multiple sclerosis (possible but unlikely); or 2) anxiety with somatization (is this a possibility for you?)  have your doctor check you out, then please get back to us with a progress report. Tissue specific: Your chlamydia likes to live in certain tissues, like the linings of your urinary tract. It is not going to go from there into your stomach(tissue is different).You can feel bad when you are sick, as a non-specific symptom, and the common treatment for chlamydia, azithromycin can cause GI upset or cramping in some patients.

Left sided abdominal: The question always begins with upper or lower abdomen.  The left upper region is usually stomach, far left side may be an enlarged spleen or a kidney problem.  Left lower may be colonic or gynecologic if very low in the pelvis.  Kidney stones may manifest on any quadrant of the left or right side, but the pain often radiates into the groin.

May be UR ibuprofen: Ibuprofen is very irritating to the gastric lining of the stomach, especially when it's not taken with food. Please make sure that you are taking it with food, and not by itself. It is such a strong irritant. You may want to try stopping your ibuprofen altogether, and seeing whether the pain goes away immediately during the time that you're off it or not..

Could be GI related: Spleen, colon, ; stomach r located here, so c ur pcp and b checked 4 a cause. In meantime, try an antacid ; c if u get relief. If so most likely GI related, but still needs evaluation. Also pancreas.

Pregnat belly: Not likely, the baby is to small and is in the lower "belly";.

A number of things: Ok - here we go:  gas, hernia, kidney stone, diverticulitis, stomach flu, shingles, abdominal muscle strain, constipation, ovarian cyst, mittelschmerz, urinary tract infection, etc, etc, etc.  As you can see, the list is really long - if the pain persists, see your physician. Hope you feel better soon.
