Declare your Rx: In most jurisdictions patients are encouraged to take their prescribed medications, including clonazepam.  As long as you  have a current prescription in your name and are taking the medicine as prescribed, the safest course would be to notify the PO in advance that you are taking prescription medication. (be prepared to show proof.) going off meds you need is a much greater risk for most.

if i sleep with a person that uses meth will that make me fail my drug tests...i'm sober been sober for 4 years and have do random uas for my probation and am terrified that this could cause me to fail my drug tests please need real answers not advic?

: Having sex with a meth user will not cause to fail your drug test, unless the urine gets contaminated by vaginal fluid that may have semen. 
You did not want advice, but by messing around with a drug abuser, you are asking for trouble in more ways than one.

However, any drug that is strong enough to be effective when used appropriately, may be strong enough to do significant damage when used wrong. Some individuals also can have an unexpected toxic reaction to any medication and die from a single dose.

I  like melatonin.: Valerian root ; chamomile are also popular. Insure that you use good sleep hygiene. Retire ; rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark ; cool ; use only for sex ; sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No caffeine for 6 hrs ; no alcohol or tobacco w/i 2 hrs of sleep. Keep dinner moderate sized ; finish at least 2 to 3 hrs before sleep. Can try warm milk.
