Many possibilities: Hard to say with out seeing or being able to examine it but common causes of lumps in someone your age are: lipomas, dermoid cysts, sebaceous cysts.

Musculoskeletal: Late teenage female w. left flank pain as laying down &amp; contracting abdominal muscles, absent fever, fatigue, vomiting, diarrhea, or constancy of pain, might have pain generation from pelvic girdle impressed by ground forces of surface reclining upon.  Left sacroiliac joint, 17 square centimeters in surface area, is possible pain generator. If above mentioned symptoms not absent see doctor &amp; soon.

Referred vs seperate: Pain in hip/leg can stem from herniated discs depending on where in the hip/leg the pain is, and what level disc is herniated. However it may be an entirely seperate pain source/entity leading to your new symptoms. See a specialist who can find the source ( pain physician, physiatrist, spine surgeon, or orthopedic surgeon).

Left: hip lumps can be due to a carbuncle, cyst, lipoma or a contusion.  An examination is necessary to help identify etiology and give treatment

Exam needed: A Lump and pain in the pubic area or groin could be a hernia, enlarged inflamed lymph gland or a cyst such as a  wen, early abcess or ingrown hair  A physician would have to examine you in order to make a diagnosis.

See your surgeon: You likely have an incisional hernia, which is where the muscle layer fails to heal and allows the abdominal contents below to push out, creating the hernia.  These types of hernia do not go away on their own and will likely get bigger over time.  I assume you had a flank incision when you had your kidney surgery.  You should see your surgeon or request a consultation with a hernia surgeon.
