Pain: This common for girls. The pain is often from the outlet, and in toddlers and younger girls is often due to soaps and other irritants that come in contact with the pee hole. If  sit in a tub with shampoo,use bath beads or bubble bath, or just sit in soapy water.The kids scratch because of the soapy irritation and make the skin raw. Soaking in clear warm water often helps end the pain in a few days

Yes: Watery diarrhea may be related to local bowel inflammation that could also cause slight bleeding. However since this does not appear to have been re evaluated for six years the cause for symptoms may have changed. Internal hemorrhoids may now need treatment.  Time for repeat exam.

Oil gland problem: This could be a problem with the oil glands along the margin of the eyelids.  They can be inflammed(blepharitis) or drain poorly(meibomian gland disease).  This can cause itching, sorness, redness, and lead to chalazia(styes).  The pimple may be a stye or small abscess.  An eyecare specialist should see you, but typically hot compresses and lid cleansing(baby shampoo) can help.

Yes, you should be: able to. Just apply a small amount at first to make sure it doesn't sting. A petrolatum jelly or Aquaphor healing ointment might soothe better if the cream does sting.

They can be painful and can make eating and talking very difficult, can make your jaw under neck sore and are the most common oral lesions. It is always a good idea to visit your dentist to support the diagnosis.

If you are worried: Then yes see a doc. It sounds like teething and constipation. Hylands teething tablets or humphries #3 can be awesome for teething discomfort. Constipation can be relieved by stopping dairy, increasing p fruits (peach pear plum prune pineapple pumpkin peas and pomegranate). If these dont work or you are concerned than yes see your pediatrician.

Neuropathic: Among others, shingles with a very faint rash or no rash yet is possible. Having an exam with your doc would be a good idea in this context as unexplained pain should always be investigated.

Ovulation: pain at the time of ovulation can be normal (mittelschmerz) or can be a sign of an underlying disease process. One possible cause could be endometriosis that is involving the bowel which could cause cyclic rectal pain, cramping and a sore abdomen. I would suggest seeing your doctor for a full evlaution to make sure there is no underlying problem.
