110/70 is normal: This is a normal blood pressure for an athlete.  You should only be concerned if you are lightheaded, dizzy, fatigued, or short of breath.  The normal response of blood pressure during exercise is for the top number to increase and the bottom number to decrease.  It is normal for athletes to have lower blood pressures and heart rates due to the heart's adaptive response to exercise.

Definitely : Could have contributed to the blood pressure.   If you are not having symptoms with the low blood pressure not a big deal.  If you are having symptoms talk to your doctor to try and help you adjust things.

Blood pressure: It depends on age and hight , but for adults any systolic blood pressure above 130 starts to be considered on the high side, but it starts to be concerning when it is above 140-150 and diastolic blood pressure is above 95-100 and for long time without being addressed because it may lead to left heart hypertrophy and dysfunction over the years. Blood pressure for diabetics should even lower.

Both are bad: Docs used to think that a high number was normal with age, research found a higher risk for stroke with higher upper number than lower number if either number or both are high, there is risk for heart attack and stroke, and both need treatment. Risk starts to climb at 125/75, not 140/90.  Blood pressure over 130/85 needs to be treated first with lifestyle changes, then medication if fails.

Need to repeat: If this is real you have a widening difference between top an bottom value should be 40 .  May hve a problem with aortic valve. Need to see a md.

Blood pressure meds: When your lower number (diastolic) of your blood pressure is high- you probably have hypertension and should be on a blood pressure medication. Caffeine should be avoided- anytime but particularly when hypertensive. Getting rest may help, but please see your health care professional for follow up and stay on your medication.

im measuring my blood pressure cause i'm query hypertension, but my initial number is always high (i have anxiety so i always check again) and the next two measurements are lower and lower again.. is this normal?

: 
This is called the alerting response as squeezing your arm is sensed as something that may need you to flee or fight. So BP goes up just in case. Then body changes it mind and adapts. I recommend you take BP every min till it stops going down the take 3 more readings and average those. Take same time of day and use exactly the right sized cuff, positioning etc. Can also have Dr do 24 hr BP.
