See below: If done with proper alignment, trikonasana (triangle pose) will work your hip  extensors including buttock muscles and hamstrings, core abdominal and back muscles and provide an excellent stretch to your obliques.

Neck pain: Inversions and twisting can easily aggravate a neck, yoga can be an amazing workout but start slow and cautiously with any new program.

Probably: Most tmd related symptoms can be attributed to stress related clenching. Myofacial pain is relieved by mouth guards.  Yoga is extremely good for stress relief.  It certainly can't hurt.

Twitching of muscle: You have potentially compressed a nerve in your back during one the poses. 
Apply heat and ice alternating 20 minutes on and 40 minutes off ( that is using ice one hour, then heat the next hour) to the area of your spine where you feel the twitching. 
A visit to a chiropractor may help as well.

Anti-inflammatory meds like Aspirin & Ibuprofen can give quick relief but can create stomach bleeding & irritation so are best used sparingly. Curcumin from turmeric & zyflamend are good natural anti-inflammatories. Homeopathics like arnica & traumeel gel are very safe & effective. If you get this pain often you are overdoing it- go easy!

Need electrolytes: You sound a little heavy but that is no reason for the cramping. Gets some Gatorade or similar liquid and stray well hydrated.  Calcium, magnesium and potassium lack, are the most  common reasons for healthy folks to cramp, you should get a blood screen to make certain there is no other issue as well.

It can be that your : Core muscles need further strengthening and flexibility or that you have recently started this as a new activity.  You may need to include a cardiovascular routine as well.  Tobacco use and weight may also be playing a role.  If symptoms persist or affect your  other activities you may need to see your physician to check if any underlying issues.
