See below: As a good rule of thumb, if you have an infection, you would want to leave off your Methotrexate and Imuran (azathioprine) and when the infection resolves, you can resume them.

Uncertain: Methotraxate is not a pain reliever per se. It is prescribed in auto-immune inflammatory disorders and reduces pain indirectly by dampening the immune response and inflammation. It would depend on the disorder, response of your immune system, and the severity of disease.

RF Factor: RF is a blood test that can be used to evalauted for multiple conditions.  In patients with rhumatological conditions there is no evidnece that a drop in the RF value is of any clinical significance while on therapy.  The most important considerations for treating RA are the symptoms and any evidnece of joint destruciton on imagining.

Medication: Talk to your Gp. They might  be able to dispense slightly extra medication but not for a year.

Possibly: Hormones are a type of steroid. They have similar chemical pathways in which your body can process them.  It is also possible that you are having a side effect similar to a hot flash.

Methotrexate : It is used for cancer and also  in inflammatory joint disease such as rheumatoid arthritis  . In rheumatologiic  disorders it is   used in smaller doses  once a week .Like all drugs it has side effects and needs to be monitored carefully by a rheumatologist or oncologist based on who is prescribing   for what reason.

It’s one or theother: It would be very uncommon to “treat with methotrexate” after an “ectopic pregnancy surgery”.. Most early unruptured small ectopic pregnancies can be treated successfully with methotrexate alone. without surgery. When and if ectopic pregnancy surgery is successfully performed, there should be no need for methotrexate. “Trying again”may start once normal ovulatory menstrual cycles have returned.

: There are no medications of any kind, nor any medical conditions, that change the reliability of the modern HIV blood tests, in particular the AgAb ("4th generation") and HIV RNA tests. Your negative test result proves you do not have HIV, regardless of these or any other drugs or medical conditions you may have. No worries!

Don't do ...: if not absolutely necessary.  PrimoultN is a progestin. I could not find any worrisome interactions between this medication and the ones you list. However, both Celebrex (celecoxib) and prednisone (a cortisone drug) might unfavorably affect the blood clotting system; progestins like PrimoultN might promote this. With taking these 4 significant meds, I would avoid anything not absolutely necessary. Best wishes
