There: There could be a few things going on. From a simple cavity, to somethng more involved such as a tooth fracture or infection. You should see your dentist as soon as possible to have the tooth checked out.

Infection or stone: Not to be rude (you should only have one kidney on each side), but how do you know it's your left kidney that's hurting? Flank & back pain could simply be due to muscle strain. Or it could be due to kidney stone or infection. Or a stone leading to obstruction leading to hydronephrosis. Heck, maybe shingles or hematoma. Bottom line, go see your doc for an evaluation, esp b/c warfarin. Good luck.

Left abdominal pain: Left abd. Pain causes include but is not limited to: ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy, diverticulitis, endometriosis, inguinal hernia, ovulation pain, intestinal obstruction, crohn’s disease, abscess, ulcerative colitis, seminal vesicle inflammation, cancer, aortic aneurysm, renal infection or stone, injury, angina, heart attack, pneumonia, enlarged or ruptured  spleen, pancreatitis & obstipation.

Neuritis: Pain in the lower abdomen that is exacerbated by coughing or lifting is commonly an abdominal wall neuritis and not usually the ovary (unless it is quite enlarged).  Try a heating pad and if the pain improves even a little while the heat is on this means it is fairly superficial pain and not deep down in the area of your bowels or ovary.  Neuritis pain will resume after heat pad removed

No way to know: There's no way to know without personally examining you. You will need to see your dentist to know what's causing your pain and what can be done about it.

Probable rib strain: The most likely cause is a strain of the intercostal muscles, which are muscles between the ribs.  These sprains can take several weeks to resolve, and can be very painful.  However, the pain could also be coming from inside the chest - irritation of the pleural lining of the lung can be very painful.
Given your age, i would recommend having it evaluated to make sure that it is just a strain.

Contact  your doc: Pain after surgery is common, although it should improve a little every day. How long has it been since surgery? If it is within 4-6 weeks of surgery, you should definitely contact your surgeon if this is getting worse.

Probably see your MD: Usually infections such as viruses or tonsillitis involve BOTH sides of your throat.  If this has been going on for more than 2-3 weeks, you really should have a doctor examine your throat. This is especially true if you use any tobacco products.  It may be something simple, but a sore throat on one side that lasts more than a couple weeks needs to be checked out with an exam.

Gum infection: Mouth infection can cause swollen sore glands in your throat. A dentist can diagnose the problem and cause and treat . You may have  gum abscess or nerve problem which are handled differently.

Ouch: Well hopefully that will go away on its own. Light stretching and a heating pad with an automatic shut off switch might help. If it doesn't  get better with conservative therapy see somebody.
