Hyperventilation: The simple explanation would be hyperventilation with anxiety & your symptoms.  If so, breath holding for a few minutes will reverse the symptoms. Alternatively, hypothyroidism could cause a similar set of symptoms. You need to see a doctor and be examined.

my daughter was stung by a blue bottle last week. shes now developed an itchy rash on her arms and legs. not sure if the rash is related? she is 3 years old

Allergic reaction: The itchy rash may be related to the insect sting and a prolonged reaction. Other causes  may include other triggers, including a food reaction.  Use Caladryl lotion three times daily and an antihistamine to control the itchiness. Please follow up with your Pediatrician. Allergy panel testing may be considered.

is it ok to have really dark noticeable veins even though you don't smoke. on your whole arms and legs like a dreamy blue looks like i colored myself ?

Hmmm, mystery?: Rashes can be very difficult to figure out because so many things can trigger them, from insect bites, to foods, to infections. Sometimes even stress can provoke an itchy rash.  If you have fever, shortness of breath, wheezing, throat swelling or facial swelling, go to a clinic or hospital immediately.  If not, keep the skin clean and dry, drink plenty of water, and see a doctor if it persists.

Go to your PCP: you may have a problem with your spine. Tell your PCP about it. See if they can get a back MRI.

: Inflammation or infection of the skin and vessels may occur. Keep skin clean and dry, while scheduling an appointment with your PCP.

Red dot PROBLEM: If the red dots do not blanch (/turn pale or temporarily vanish) when you push on them, you need rechecked by a Dr ASAP, as could be indication of bleeding problem. Need more history &amp; exam + new lab tests to determine issue.

Urgent visit to MD: 32 year old woman with a complaint of sore throat, fatigue, and a generalized rash on the extremities. 
You need to visit a physician immediately for a physical exam. If you had a fever and sore throat that has been persistent, your rash could be sequelae from untreated strep infection. There are several other differential diagnoses. If you have fever and severe fatigue I would suggest an ER visit
