Hydration status: To some extent, color of your urine mimics your hydration state. If you're dehydrated, your urine is more likely to be deeply darkly yellow. If you're fully hydrated, your urine is more likely to be clear. Of course, all bets are off if you have uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or insipidus.

Possibele: Ast the early stages of proteinuria the urine may not foam.  A very simple urine test for microalbumin will answer the question and put you at ease.

: Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (Bactrim DS) does not have kidney stones listed as a side effect or adverse effect. There are other verified side effects, please review the manufacturer insert that should be included with the prescription from the pharmacy. Adequate hydration is always best practice regardless.

Lots of water.: Means you are drinking a lot of water which dilutes the pigments which normally give a yellow color to the urine.

Urine odor: Please have it checked out today at urgent care/doctor/ER. May be UTI and you will need antibiotics.

Other symptoms: Usually related to overhyddration, but
more frequent urination, or in greater amounts than usual, with pale urine as well as urinating at night can mean early kidney failure. Can feel otherwise normal.  If have these additional symptoms, should consult physician for blood tests to assess renal function if continues. Then sometimes imaging, ultrasound of kidneys.
