Screening your urine for bilirubin will pick up only conjugated hyperbilirubinemia that would be apparent from your eyes being a bit yellow in the sunlight. Screens for urobilinogen normally run +1; crooked "liver tests" encourage people to worry about this. If you feel well, and this isn't something recommended by your physician, stop troubling yourself with this.

Incomplete info: Why did you do the test? What is normal range for SGPT at the lab where the test was done? Are you on any medications? It appears that your SGPT is slightly elevated and a common cause is intake of alcohol. If you take alcohol, stop entirely, and re do the test in three months. It would be prudent to discuss the matter with your doctor who may have more information about your health.

Variable.: Fluorination of some molecules, including steroids, can block metabolism by liver enzymes in some cases, depending on the molecule, and where the fluorine atom is attached on that molecule. But most fluorinated steroids are applied topically; unless they are grossly over-used, not enough of the drug is absorbed into the bloodstream to make this a relevant issue in the real world.

BUN Cr. Ratio: is useful in the differential diagnosis of acute or chronic renal disease. Reduced renal perfusion, e.g., congestive heart failure, or recent onset of urinary tract obstruction will result in an increase in BUN/Creatinine ratio. Increased urea formation also results in an increase in the ratio, e.g., gastrointestinal bleeding, trauma, etc. When there decreased urea in liver disease, ratio is low.

i've been out of the hospital for transaminitis a month. i'm still unable to eat, sleep, & still have painful liver spasms. should i be concerned?

Yes: Liver inflammation (transaminitis) is generally not painful, and if it is,  is described as a dull upper abdominal discomfort. If you have "spasms" other diagnoses need to be considered such as gall stones - which can cause spasm type pain as well as elevated liver enzymes. Time to talk to your pcp or see a gastroenterologist.
