My liver is slowly failing. i have very low energy levels and i struggle to work part time, let alone cook. can i live off frozen prepared meals?

Yes: Sorry about your condition. With liver failure there are some nutritional do's and don'ts. Have your doctor refer you to a dietician, who can steer you to the right frozen foods, or teach a family member to prepare them and freeze when needed. Good luck.

Seems unlikely...: These meals are frequently high in salt and fat and short on needed nutrients. I am sure the person that is helping you manage your liver disease can also direct you to healthly food options for your condition...They might even be able to set you up with a nutritionist which would be quite valuable! don't guess when it's your health, consult with your physician!
