Possibly: Tinnitus & throat tightness may have common cause involving the eustacian tube (connects middle ear to the throat). It functions as a drain & pressure equalizer for the middle ear. Tinnitus occurs in 10-20% of people esp as they get older. Holding your nostrils & gently blowing against a closed mouth may relieve pressure. If it persists it is best to consult your doctor to determine cause & tx.

Maybe: If you herniate a disc in the neck you can get neck pain. Anxiety can cause a tight feelig in the throat but the disc does not really actually push on the trachea or esophagus.

Vocal cord dys.: This is also called paradoxical vocal fold motion abnormality. It often is treated with speech/voice therapy.  Another co-factor to treat with this problem can be LPR-laryngopharyngeal reflux. Acid/stomach enzymes can get into the esophagus and larynx triggering throat tightness, throat clearing and VCD. This can be treated with dietary measures and reflux medications, as well. See ENT to check.

Autonomic response: Similar to the answer about flushing; anxiety, worry, fear trigger autonomic (automatic unconscious) physiological chemical responses in our central nervous system (brain). Emotions have a vast array of somatic (body) effects: get to the underlying source of anxiety or at least develop some healthy coping alternatives: relaxation, meditation, breathing techniques,  visualization.

Throat Tightness: I would feel comfortable saying yes if accompanied by the other typical seasonal allergy symptoms, rhinorrhea, scratchy throat and eyes, congestion, post nasal drip, epiphora, conjunctival redness, etc.

Yes: I don't know your details.  The answer is that your throat has no acid protection system.  If stomach acid is allowed to reflux then it could burn your throat tissue.  If this is recurrent you need checked.
