Varies : Each state has its own limitations but the usual is 20/40 or better in the best eye.  The field of vision is also included and must be 110 degrees in most states.  Whatever criteria exists, you should only drive if you feel comfortable for the conditions encountered.

Eye parameters: The level of vision is not the criteria used for lasik evaluation.  It is a combination of the refractive error (numbers like -6.00 on your eyeglass prescription) and the thickness of the front of the eye.  Other factors include general health, age and history of eye disease.  Check with your ophthalmologists for suitability or with the lasik surgeon you have chosen.

Prolonged steroid levels in the body can also cause cataracts and glaucoma.  These are the major effects of this condition on the eyes.

Absolutely, visual: acuity is primarily determined by the curvature of cornea, the 6 extraocular muscles (which pull to rotate the eye), the shape of the lens (behind the iris) and intraocular pressure so as to focus light rays on the fovea centralis portion of the retina combined with light receptor density. Thus there are multiple interacting factors which can change, both quickly &amp; over time, to change focus.

i have noticed the symptoms of visual snow from past 5 months and they are worst now, my vision has also became blurry both eyes,what's happening ?

Visual Symptoms: Please see an eye doctor ASAP.  Possibilities include floaters and eye fatigue but you need to be sure.  Your eyes need to be examined so please see the eye doc.  Peace and good health.

yesterday i had the worst headache ever went to er and they said it was a migraine i suffer from them but i have never experienced anything like that before, i also had flares on my vision but they didnt do any testing. im still having some pain?

Migraines: There are various kinds of migraines, some involving the eyes.  Please see your eye doc to rule out any eye issues and continue to see family doc.  Some hospitals have headache clinics, other approaches include food sensitivity lab testing.  Biofeedback can be very useful, usually done by a specially trained clinical psychologist. Conjuctivitis: You may have a conjunctivitis ("pink eye"), which can most commonly be caused by a virus, bacteria, or allergies.  If it lasting that long, best for you to get it evaluated and treated. Good luck.
