Out toed gait: The most obvious term is out toed gait.  Otherwise the answer depends on what is causing the condition.  The problem could be in the hips, knees, ankles or feet.  Each problem would have a different name.  For example, flat foot deformity can cause out toed gait.

im 18 & im joining the marines. the more i looked into it & trained, i noticed that when i jump from anywhere over 3 feet, my scrotum/gooch hurt bad. prostatitis is what came up when i looked it up. how can i treat this?

Doctor can evaluate: Testicles should not ache for no reason, so one's primary care doctor can check. Testicle area pains can be due to too much motion during sports (lack of a jock strap), an inguinal hernia, prolonged erections, trauma (getting hit or kicked), torsion (an Emergency), infections, etc... A common cause of such pain in jumping teens is the lack of a jock strap (testes don't like being a yoyo).

i have lateral foot pain. there is some bruising and swelling it hurts when im resting and walking. should i get an xray? i have been doing the rice method but that doesn't seem to work. what could be the cause of this?

Yes: An evaluation and x ray may be obtained by seeing urgent care or your PCP. To rule out a fracture, please have an x ray. Apply local ice, take Motrin for pain and elevate your foot.

Sorry: Growth is determine by genetics and nutrition--I do not have any healthy suggestions to stop growth, but relax and adapt to whatever height nature gives you.

Good Question: You could be protecting the injury by pronating the foot.

Probably not: Darkening inside a blister is usually just  a little bit of blood. This shouldn't be a concern unless you are diabetic, have numb feet or poor circulation or it doesn't resolve in a few weeks. If any of these conditions exist, see a podiatrist for an evaluation.

Danger to everyone: An unmasked person is  a danger to everyone especially in close quarters or inside.  What you experienced is being experienced by many people.  The messaging from our leaders is not good and that is why you had the experience.  Everyone must wear a mask.  But you did the right thing and is what I do.  Turn away from the person without a mask, walk away, stop, get no closer.  I think you will be ok
