Sorry: Growth is determine by genetics and nutrition--I do not have any healthy suggestions to stop growth, but relax and adapt to whatever height nature gives you.

Time: There is not a way that you can safely influence how tall you grow, because your height is determined by genetics. The good news is, males stop growing around age 16 on average (though some continue to grow through age 18). So it's unlikely that you'll grow much taller than you already are.
