: If heart rate is often above 100 bpm then you can't say it normal. Etiology of tachycardia which I assume sinus tachycardia should be looked for. Persistent tachycardia for a long time may cause tachycardia induced cardiomyopathy so if there is no definite etiology, your heart rate should be controlled with med. WBC &amp; differential are abnormal which also needs to be monitored +/- investigated.

Q: 40 yr female. total thyroidectomy in 2015 for graves disease and hashimoto's. recently my blood work indicated a thyroid peroxidase antibodies level of 11. ths still at .01 all other thyroid levels in normal range. wbc down to 3.4?

: I hope you're cared for by a thyroidologist or endocrinologist. You had a very rare combination of both Graves disease which causes hyperthyroidism and Hashimoto's disease which causes hypothyroidism. Your TSH is abnormally low indicating high thyroid activity??from thyroid supplement. Both of your thyroid disorders are autoimmune disorders. A lowish wbc can be from an autoimmune process

"normal" is considered to be 100mg/dl or less. There is a little leeway before a level is high enough to raise concern and necessitate intervention though. A non-fasting blood sugar - or random should be less than 150... Especially 2 hours after you eat.

PTH: Low vitamin d or a diet low in calcium can cause PTH elevation in the setting of normal calcium. Also kidney problems can cause a similar process due to difficulties processing vitamin d.

Having said that, low ferritin indicates deficiency of iron. If the patient has started menstruating, that may be the cause. She should take oral iron supplement and multivitamin. WBC count of 4.5 is in normal range.

Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided actual values rather than high and low.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Non specific.: just about anything can cause these results which are pretty nonspecific.  if you are feeling well they may just be normal variation.  Is this related to the reason you take Heparin or Zofran (ondansetron)?

Mild UTI: It sounds like a mild urinary tract infection.  Do you still have symptoms?  If you are worried, have the urinalysis repeated to see if it is now normal, which I expect it will be.
