There is none: For someone with absolutely no eye problems, normal pressure is thought to be between 6 and 21, but if you are suspected to have glaucoma, there is no normal. That's because everyone's optic nerves have different threshholds at what point pressure damages their eyes. Some live at 25 their whole lives with no glaucoma; others have very bad glaucoma at pressures of 12. Everyone's different.

Glaucoma!!!: Normal eye pressure is usually between 10-22.  Permanent optic nerve damage is proportional to pressure and time with high pressures.  This needs to be treated asap!

Yes: Diuretics (caffeine, alcohol) , massage, but these offer only brief/temporary relief.

Eye pressure 22?: Must put in context: need family history of glaucoma, systemic meds you are taking, ocular surgery?, corneal thickness , visual field status and optic nerve status.
Once have these, can determine if 22 is too high or not.

Watch it.: This is "borderline high" pressures.  Any higher and would be considered ocular hypertension.  Good to check corneal thickness (pachymetry) as this has a direct effect on pressure readings.  Still, not much to worry about.

The same way: Treatment of eye pressure high enough to cause problems is the same for teenagers as it is for adults.  This would be a sequence of eyedrops, laser and operative surgery.  Elevated pressure in teenagers is very uncommon so a good examination by an ophthalmologist should be undertaken to discover any other problems.
