Hematoma: The swelling component should resolve within 7-10 days in uncomplicated cases, but discoloration from degraded blood products  takes longer to clear.

Stress fracture?: There are many things that could cause your pain.  Stress fracture, a bone spur, tendonitis, a tight shoe etc.
Take an otc nsaid, ice the area and decrease your activity level.

Soft tissue: injury likely.In general, a fracture would be associated with more swelling/bruising.I can't exclude a fracture without an X-ray .Ice &amp; rest will help. If significant pain persists,c ur doc.

i have a bruise that covers almost the top part of my foot. when  i realized it right in the center of the bruise was a white like circle and 2 black dots. is it a spider bite?

Yes: You need to be seen by a podiatrist or your pcp.  If this is a bite you could be allergic to the venom and need antibiotics or additional blood work and follow up to prevent loss of skin on dorsum of foot.

had a heavy small wood table dropped on foot at work. still hurts, no bruise or swelling. what happened to it? how long will it take to heal.

Contusion/Fracture: This could be a simple contusion or possibly even a fracture.  It depends on how long ago this happened.  Contusion could take 2-8 weeks to fully resolve.  If pain lingers, then get an x-ray.

1 cm, perfectly circular bruise on top of foot. very small pinpoint at center. no swelling, redness, raising, etc. what was i bit by? cause for worry?

Varies: There are a number of  possibilities, among the more common and sometimes concerning can be a spider bite, particularly a brown recluse spider.  You should seek attention if the area becomes dark appearing or shows any sign of infection such as redness or swelling; or if the size of the area is increasing.

reddish bruise (but painless?) on top of foot, fading now but quite a large area around it is yellow now. don't remember bruising it. is this normal?

No: It's not normal but if there is no pain and its going away, i wouldn't worry. If it becomes a pattern then you need to be checked.
