Sweaty hand and feet: He has a condition known as hyperhiderosis or excessive sweating. It can be hereditary. Drink a lot of fluids and avoid spicy foods. Treatment consists of using drysol which is an antiperspirant. Recently the drug Oxybutynin has been recommended. Good luck.

Your : Your daughter is dealing with hyperhidrosis. Most cases are considered idiopathic. This means there is no underlying cause for the condition. However, a detailed history and physical by the primary care provider should be done to rule out any disorders or conditions that could be the cause of this problem (thyroid disorder, diabetes, neurological conditions etc.). 
The small bumps you are describing may be a dermatitis that has resulted from the excess sweat. Both problems can be treated. If your daughters pcp is unable to provide adequate treatment then a referal to a dermatologist is in order.

Exam needed: Swelling of both feet with back and torso discomfort warrant an evaluation by a physician. Edema of feet can occur with disorders of the heart, kidneys, liver or veins of the legs. Abnormalities of blood proteins also seen in certain bone marrow disorders are possible causes. Your physician will take a thorough history and system review, perform a complete physical examination and order tests.

The symptoms of cold and sweaty feet or hands may be triggered by exposure to cold, smoking, or anxiety.  It should probably be evaluated by a pcp or vascular surgeon.
