Migraines &amp; Allergy: Yes, migraines can be triggered by allergies as well as many other things.  Most folks have no specific trigger for their migraines.  What works best OTC is tough..different for different individuals.  The caffeine containing products seem to offer benefit to some.  For others a good does of Ibuprofen 600-800mg or Naproxen 440mg is effective.  For others nothing helps.  Hope this helps.  Good Luck

Just starting at age: Even though headaches are so often caused by migraine, migraine is not usually beginning at age 45. At that age, you need your blood pressure tested during those headaches; the sooner, the better! Bilateral headaches are  commonly caused by high blood pressure  in your age group. Pain behind the eyes is a headache. After your blood pressure is tested by a professional, get the eyes examined.

: With Gastritis, it’s very important to avoid NSAID medications (such as ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin, meloxicam, etc). Tylenol is likely safe. Caffeine and Benadryl are often helpful with headaches, but can have unwanted side effects. You may benefit from further workup and prescription medications.
