Cough, fever, night sweats, weight loss, reduced appetite, breathing difficulty, neck swellings etc. Are some common initial symptoms. However, symptoms related to each particular organ system involved can be varied & will require extensive evaluation to determine cause. If there is risk of exposure to tb, have yourself tested.

This is usually not contagious

Prophylaxis/Rx with INH is needed.

TB twice?: Without knowing the details of your prior treatment, if  susceptibility of your TB was known, your adherence to the medications (did you take all dosages), etc it is difficult to comment on specifics. Yes, TB can recur due to re-infection or from inadequate prior treatment. But there are also common infections/conditions to consider. See your doc for evaluation to determine cause of your symptoms.

Tough to treat: It means it's not in the latent or dormant stage. It's actively causing an infection in the body, usually the lung but it can occur elsewhere like the kidneys. It's also considered contagious in this active phase and needs several medications to treat it.

Anti tb drugs: Usually 4 drug are used to treat TB for the first 4 month, then you stay on 2 of the drugs for an additional 4 months, for a total of six months of therapy.

Yes, in most people: Tuberculosis in an immunocompetent person is easily treated with 4 drug regimen today.  However, TB in individuals with immunodeficiency, congenital or acquired, is still a challenge.

If you also have it: If you inhale the TB bugs and get an active infection yourself, then you can pass it on. If this happens, i'd expect you'd have symptoms like a chronic cough, night sweats, weight loss and maybe a fever.

They haven't: This is a misconception. Throughout the world, infectious diseases like tuberculosis, malaria, other parasitic diseases, and so on have become a lot less common over the past century, especially since the 1950s. HIV/AIDS is an exception, and TB and other problems are still extremely important and dangerous in some areas. But all in all, communicable diseases are  in the best control in history.

Not hereditary: Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by a bacterium. Someone who has an active lung infection may spread it by coughing.
