Likely nothing: What you described is not suggestive of any disorder.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

hello, i may have made contact with small feces, that looked cold and rock hard, with my hand or sleeve of my sweater while retrieving a package. i washed my hands, but fell asleep in the same clothes can bacteria be spreading throughout everything?

Not spreading.: Bacteria are very sensitive to dry air and heat. They require moist environment and only survive 1-4 hours max on porous surfaces. Wash your clothes and anything that touched them in hot water if you are really worried. You can also use a disinfectant spray which kills up to 99% of bacteria on contact.

i have a small cut in one of my buttcheecks. i observed it after i defecated yesterday. will it be infected because feces might have touched it?

Keep it clean: and dry. I would suggest soft "antiseptic wet wipes" and topical Neosporin on a Q-tip.

For a 25 year-old...: A person with constipation needs to be sure there is no other disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of food and poop through the gut, then the things to try are vegetables, water, prune juice, prunes, fiber with water, Miralax (polyethylene glycol), Senokot or other senna, milk of magnesia, other laxatives, enemas,... Can see one's primary care doctor for evaluation.

Ok: Now a days they are selling in capsules. If the feces contain parasite or bad bacteria.....that will affect the person depending on the person's immune status.

Mucus on stool: Mucus discharge occurs in up to 50% of patients with irritable bowel syndrome, with or without pain. Mucus may also be produced in response to partial obstruction, chronic constipation, rectal dysfunction, infection, &amp; even from secretory villous tumors of the rectum. At the very least stool studies &amp; probably a sigmoidoscopy should be considered, but a more extensive evaluation may be warranted.

Seeds: Review your diet?  Have your been eating a lot of apples?  If not then it needs evaluation.  Seeds from apples contain a compound called amygdalin, a compound which releases toxic cyanide  This only happens if the tough outer coat is broken or the seed is crushed, so avoid ingesting the seeds.  If intact seeds are noted in the feces it is not likely to be a problem.
