It depends: Enlarged lymph nodes need further evaluation especially if persistent. Did you go back to your family doctor for another checkup? Any x-rays? What type of blood work did you get? Most of the time, enlarged lymph nodes are a reaction to infection but sometimes can be from immune system diseases. In a young person, tumors are less likely but need to be considered.

: Double vision (diplopia) caused by nerve palsies affect cranial nerves (CN) 3, 4, or 6. Palsy of Third CN causes both vertical/horizonal diplopia, Fourth CN is vertical, and sixth CN is horizontal (worse at distance). Normal imaging is reassuring, however a neurologist or ophthalmologist should assess the cause. It is also important to maintain a normal blood pressure after of pre-eclampia

Rheumatoid Arthritis: can sometimes be a tough condition to treat.  Methotrexate is an excellent medication for RA but sometimes may need dose adjustments or adjunct treatment.  Increasing joint pain and low energy are possible signs that the rheumatoid is not under control.  A visit to the rheumatologist or treating physician is needed.
