Minor cases may not have symptoms and severe cases may cause neurological problems in the lower part of the body.

No: I assume you are talking about bulimia nervosa, which is a disorder that includes distorted body image. I am not aware of any evidence that wolves are either 1. Excessively concerned about body image, or 2. Ancestors to humans. I believe they are ancestors to the dogs, not humans.

Need close follow up: Depending  on what caused the LVH. In people with  long standing uncontrolled high  blood pressure is a common finding on Echocardiogram, but can be controlled from getting worse with  better blood pressure control.  If the LVH is in a young person , frequently  can be part of a heart abnormality that  will need close  monitoring, medications o maybe  surgery.

Need more detailed : History. Is there a new baby in the house, visitors, a move , an illness, death in the family, relatives or friends  or even just a few seconds glimpse of a scary commercial or movie or someone scared the two year old by telling tales etc?!? Finding the cause will then solve the regression.
