Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Probably not: The adhesive is irritating to the skin and commonly causes skin changes such as these.  If it disappears within 48 hrs, probably nothing to worry about.  Non-latex contact allergy to adhesive is possible and can be diagnosed with testing if the problem worsens.

Yeast infection?: The most common cause of such symptoms is candidiasis (yeast infection, thrush). If so, it seems more severe than average. Herpes might be possible if you are sexually active. Scabies rarely occurs in these locations, but might be possible if you have typical scabies elsewhere (hands, elbows, waist, etc). See a doctor or clinic ASAP for professional diagnosis and treatment. Good luck!
