Depends: Everyone has different shaped lips so will require different amounts  most people want to start off slowly, always trying to keep a natural lip line and fullness.  I would say one vial for sure but if super thin will need two.

Remain calm: Prominent veins are many times normal, when they are not and you have varicose veins you can visit a vascular doctor for a consultation. Compression stockings, scleropathy or other vascular interventions could be helpful if it is that bad. Massage the cramp in your toes for relief, make sure you are hydrated, consider a banana, perhaps a magnesium supplement. Not sure about the red lips.

In that meeting, your doctor will listen to you, perform a throrough examination and possibly order labs or other tests. Based on this information, he/she will be able to tell you what's wrong and what to do about it.

Dry Skin: This seems to more than just dry skin. I would have to see it to be sure, but there has to be some infection or other cause of such a significant skin abnormality.  Thus, i think you do need to be seen by your trusted health care provider.

Low magnesium: can produce muscle twitches.  Please see your doc first to rule out other causes.  He/she may test your magnesium level if indicated. You can supplement w/magnesium.  One good brand is called "Jigsaw magnesium."  Peace and good health.

Not likely.: While more and specific information would be required regarding your symptoms, without significant spinal degeneration, deformity, and/or fracture, static cervical spine x-rays are unlikely to reveal the source of your neck and head pain, especially if the only finding by the radiologist is "prominent transverse processes" as these have likely been there for your entire life.

Both can work: I typically use a bandage type head drawing immediately after surgery. This helps place and secure the ears and absorb drainage right after surgery. However, once this is removed, i don't expect patients to redress their ears in the same way. Using a headband (and their are many different styles/approaches) allows the patient to take this on and off, adjust as directed by your surgeon. Ask your dr.

Unlikely: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, and physical examination . Cancer is unlikely. A slight asymmetry is not abnormal, e.g., breasts are usually of slightly different sizes.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
