Was this a fasting : Glucose?  If so, it is a little high and you may want to be evaluated for hyperglycemia and diabetes. If it is not a fasting test,  don't worry about it.

Pap Smear: If you are truly 30 years old and a female and you do not know this, then you need immediately to get into see a gynecologist and begin your female care with this important exam that include assessing if you have any risk for cervical cancer.  

A good gynecologist will get you into good and regular practice to make sure your health is always protected.

Mostly, yes: if popcorn is air popped and not covered with butter, oils, and salt, it is a reasonably healthy snack option. It does contain fiber which is good for your digestion and complex carbohydrates and is naturally low in fat and calories. When lightly buttered though, it goes from about 30 cal per cup to about 135 cal per cup. Enjoy!

Can be: They are high in unhealthy carbohydrates and some may be loaded with a lot of preservatives, dyes, etc. 
I would avoid them or limit significantly, at least.

PE: Pulmonary embolism?  Same way as in women.  Heparin or lmwh acutely.  Search for underlying source ( ? Dvt) and cause - hypercoag state, etc. Coumadin (warfarin) longer term.

Varies from practice: The cost of prp is set by individual practices/physicians. It typically is not covered by insurance companies, who deem it "experimental." my practice bills $550 for a prp injection, which includes the venipuncture, the  processing of the blood, the injection, ultrasound-guidance and the office visit. I've seen some practices charge as much as $2000, but most charge $500-1000 per injection.

Ideally, NONE!: Soda pop has no dietary benefits: its acids lead to tooth decay, as can sugars. High fructose corn syrup is being shown not to satisfy hunger; so we eat/drink more. Caffeine can interrupt sleep, cause jitters, make u urinate more often, cause/exacerbate reflux. Artificial sweeteners also don't turn off the "hungry sign" so we eat/drink more. If u must, 1-2 cans at most. Water/juice are better.

Overdose: Overdose of advil (ibuprofen) pm can cause liver shutdown and intestinal bleeding leading secondarily to death.

Pelvic congestion: Part of the premenstrual syndrome is the pelvic congestion which includes of pelvic  walls lined by muscles and peritoneum & pelvic organs like intestines, bladder, in addition to uterus and ovaries. The intestinal congestion caused increased leaking of fluid across the increased  wall, also causing incresed stimulation of the nerves supplying the intestines thus causing more bowel movements in pms.
