Ideally, NONE!: Soda pop has no dietary benefits: its acids lead to tooth decay, as can sugars. High fructose corn syrup is being shown not to satisfy hunger; so we eat/drink more. Caffeine can interrupt sleep, cause jitters, make u urinate more often, cause/exacerbate reflux. Artificial sweeteners also don't turn off the "hungry sign" so we eat/drink more. If u must, 1-2 cans at most. Water/juice are better.
