Homocysteine: The majority of population has  at least a single MTHFR mutation and around  40%  have a double mutation (either heterozygous (one of each) A1298C &amp; C677T, homozygous (two) C677T or homozygous A1298C).  
The MTHFR enzyme metabolizes folic acid into 5-MTHF, needed to combine with homocysteine.  What is often seen with MTHFR mutations are: elevated homocysteine levels and defective methylation.

Rest and ice: Pain in the joint right before the finger tip and can often develop as an overuse tendinitis.  This could be seen in repetitive type motions like playing the guitar or piano.  Nowadays we see this in people from "texting" over and over.  The repetitive motion can micro trauma can lead to tendinitis and possibly arthritis.  Rest, ice, and over the counter ibuprofen would be a good place to start.

: I answered your other question. Heart inflammation is a very rare complication so she should not be forbidden from sport activity. However, she should have a complete rest during recovery phase especially if she has symptomatic Covid-19 infection. It is safe for her to resume all routine activities after 2 weeks since the time she is symptom free. Take care.

he caused a superficial wound in my hand 
hes vaccinated and he doesnt go outside home alone 
should i worry about rabies ?

All dogs must be: Dogs must be vaccinated. A puppy's owner knows the exact vaccination status of his puppy, so knows whether or not the puppy has rabies, and also knows where the puppy has been. If the puppy does not have rabies and has not been around rabid animals, then rabies is not a concern. Of course, one may want to see his doctor about other infections that can happen from routine doggie mouth germs.

Both diet & exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 30 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods.  Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.
