why do i have thoughts/dreams of suicide & even have planned it out, but i do not want to die? i don't want to act out the thoughts but they don't stop

Many possibilities: There are many possibilities. I see you are on medication. If you are not seeing a psychiatrist, please do so. If you are in urgent danger, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.  The most common causes would be depression, either unipolar or bipolar, a mixed mood state, current or past stressors, severe anxiety or agitation, and even  obsessive compulsive disorder or ptsd.

For example, dreams of blood & violence could relate to bipolar states, dreams of death & loss could mean depression or ptsd, dreams that wake you up in sweat could mean anxiety disorder, etc.  Consult a therapist or psychiatrist experienced in dream interpretation.

Unusual: Typically one's dreams are creations of the mind and do not come true.
However, prophets, seers and others who believe they have extra sensory powers believe they can predict the future, and that information is often purported to be given to them through dreams states.
Who knows clearly how our minds and senses work? I am not one to dismiss your claim.

Multiple possible: There are multiple possible causes for this -- from various medications which intensify dreaming, to primary sleep disorders, to traumatic experiences being relived during sleep.  Some people with ptsd have so many nightmares it's hard for them to go to sleep.  If yours are bothering you frequently, please see a psychologist or psychiatrist for evaluation and help.

It varies: Anybody can have a wet dream (nocturnal orgasm). They are more common in men. Unresolved sexual tension or stimulation makes it more likely for you to have a wet dream. More frequent intercourse or masturbation may help. The good news, is they are not harmful. No side effects.
