He can also outline a balanced diet for you.  Apart from this, mild to moderate physical activity, like walking and possibly easy swimming 2-3 times a week would likely be more than enough activity for anyone at this point in life.

Personal Trainer: will construct a plan of action to help w/your de-conditioning.  A physical therapist helps w/specific post trauma conditions such as tears, breaks, surgery, etc.  Continue to be monitored by your doc.  Peace and good health.

: With BP readings that high you should have been referred to a hospital and I would have expected you to have some symptoms such as headache, shortness of breath, dizziness and even chest pain.  
I might even consider the validity of those readings. Depending on the size of your arm the size of the BP cuff is very important and can give erroneous results. You should have your BP check by your MD

Preventative measures are also discussed (pap smears, STD checks, mammograms, vaccines, weight maintenance, etc).
