Knots , nodules palm: Knots or nodules in the palm associated with cords or tight bands in the palm that contribute to contracture or tightness in the fingers could be dupuytren's disease. The treatment for this benign, painless condition varies depending upon the amount of tissue involved, the degree of finger contracture, your age, general health and other factors.  Id recommend speaking to your primary care physician aobut this and consider getting a referral to see a hand surgeon in your area.

Palm knots: These may be very early signs of Dupuytren's contractures caused by progressively increasing thickening of some tendons. A hand surgeon is best qualified to evaluate,advise you and treat advanced contractures.

Swelling: Can be lyme, or autoimmune process or strep sequela  or ulnar neuropathy but that would not explain the foot nodules.  Would follow up with  doctor/ urgent care  today

Probably ganglion: Known that melanoma can metastasize to every organ and site in the body.  Those lesions that metastasize  usually Breslows 1.5-2mm in thickness and were at high risk with nodularity and ra needle aspirate will indicate if lesion cystic or solid at which time path report needed

62. outer edge/rim of right breast sore to press,laying flat i can feel the site of the pain. like where it joins my body, cant feel def lump just sore little nodules/tissue/fibres when i examine my breast with flat hand?

: One sided breast pain needs imaging studies (digital mammogram and/or ultrasound).  Fibrocystic breast disease can cause painful areas with nodularity, which is a benign condition.  See your gyn physician for an exam and testing.

small painful bump volar aspect left hand. mri: 13x11x9mm nodule indeterminate etiology as appearance is atypical of any lesion. atypical lipoma is a less likely consideration. what is potential for sarcoma?

: Lipoma and sarcoma are definitively diagnosed using the tissue exam by biopsy or excision and less accurate by other tests

swollen and itching nodules in my rt armpit for over a month/hand goes numb while sleeping. have appt. w/ breast specialist. should i call pcp also?

Call PCP for appt.: As a PCP, I feel as if I am better suited to treat this.  It is not clear to me that this is a breast issue and may be a waste of time to see the other doctor.  I would see the PCP, especially if you can get in sooner.  Good luck!

Peeling, dry palms: are often caused by contact dermatitis--contact with harsh detergents, soaps and lotions that contain perfume; cold, dry air; eczema or fungal infections.Use fresh water instead of soap; apply calamine lotion. A low dose OTC steroid cream can be applied.Symptoms worsened by dry skin: use good quality moisturizer during daytime.Consider repair glycolic acid creams at night, maybe with cotton gloves
