Most OBs are painful, especially ulcers, but some cause no symptoms or only minor ones, like a mild itch. Recurrent OBs usually are same area each time, +/- an inch or so,

Here are some...: If being herpes at this stage, there would be no remedy to shorten its clinical course of 2-3 wks, but keeping the affected area as clean &amp; dry as possible so to minimize possible superimposed infection will help. For its recurrence, take valacyclovir HCl  as soon as feeling its coming will lessen symptoms and shorten its course. So, talk with doc timely.

Genital herpes: Either HSV type can cause genital or oral herpes. (HSV1 and 2 are the names of the virus, not the place infected, i.e. oral vs genital.) Many HSV transmitters have no symptoms. If your only genital exposure was by oral sex, almost certainly you have HSV1, which is better than HSV2 because recurrent oubreaks are much less frequent. If you kissed, it was just lucky you didn't also catch it orally.

Bleach?...: One's primary care doctor can help with this situation. The treatment for the skin would be similar to treating eczema. The skin damage is due to overexposure to a harsh chemical and surface trauma. If the person persists in damaging her own skin, the treatment for the skin is a combined psychiatric therapy and skin therapy... or else the skin may not recover.
