: A negative maximal stress test, especially with an associated nuclear scan,&amp; a normal resting echocardiogram are good evidence against having had an old "silent"myocardial infarction&amp;the Q waves in limb leads 2,3&amp;avf  are positional&amp; not pathologic. I did vectorcardiograms in the mid 1960's which could differentiate between positional&amp;pathologic Q waves in inferior leads nicely. No longer availabl
