Bake it instead: Grilled or baked fish is way less fattening than fried fish. The frying itself more than triples the calories, and they are the worst kind of calories, oxidized fat. It will not be a good food to eat if you are concerned about body composition.

BMI is just a ratio: Bmi is simply a ratio of height to weight.  The scenario you mentioned could simply come from a decrease in skeletal muscle mass without any decrease in body fat mass.  Monitoring progression of body fat percentage is thus a much better indicator of your health than monitoring bmi.  To do this you could track your progress on a professional body composition machine like the inbody 230.

Remember the "4 fs": of dieting: fish, foul,fruit and fiber added to cross training with high and low impact aerobics mixed with light free weights. Additionally, get a photo of yourself looking your best and tape it to your dressing mirror. Look at it 2-3 tomes daily= mental stimulation.

i think i'm allergic to green beans. last when i ate them my throat was clogging up. i was eeching and i swelled in warm parts of my body. the chemist gave a stronger pill and them i became alright. how common is this.

Avoidance: You likely had an anaphylactic reaction to one of the ingredients in the string bean dish (unless there was cross-contamination) even though string bean by itself is uniikely to be the allergen. Avoidance is the key but an allergist can help you in pinpointing the culprit.   Be sure to have adrenaline kit available in case of accidental exposure.
