Aspiration: You may have aspirated some liquid causing that reaction. At this time, since you're not showing major signs such as respiratory distress, fever, sharp chest pain on inspiration(pleurisy), wheezing or uncontrollable coughing, I would simply continue to observe for those adverse signs and call your physician if any of them develop.

Aspiration definitio: It is where a needle is placed into the cyst and the contents are pulled back up into an empty syringe.  The contents are usually sent off for analysis to the lab.

Possibly: Benadryl (diphenhydramine)  is a sedating antihistamine.  The best answer i can give you is if the mucus production is caused by an allergic rhinitis (allergy of the nose) Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will help.  However, if the mucus production is not of an allergic etiology, the antihistamines will be of little help and an otc decongestant will be more helpful for symptomatic relief.

Not usually: The colon and rectum make mucus normally but an intact anal sphincter mechanism holds the mucus in so you don't see it.  Passing visible mucus suggests that the rectum is irritated or the anal canal/sphincter is not closing normally.

Needs checked out: If you are having diarrhea and have had severe pain, then this might be okay. However any time one has blood in the stool, it should be at least checked out by a physician. It might have to do with hemorrhoids or some other problem but see the doc and have this evaluated as needed.

Watery: Around the time of ovulation, the cervical mucus becomes very thin, watery, and abundant.  Some women will notice this and is a reliable way to know that one is ovulating.  It will be more difficult if you do not appreciate these changes.  However, the absence of these changes does not rule out ovulation either.
