Non specific.: just about anything can cause these results which are pretty nonspecific.  if you are feeling well they may just be normal variation.  Is this related to the reason you take Heparin or Zofran (ondansetron)?

Need more info: What are the actual values? If you are otherwise healthy, you can ignore slightly elevated lab tests. It you wish to know why it would be prudent to discuss it with the doctor who ordered the tests.

No: and your anion gap is only 20, according to the numbers given, (usually potassium isn't included in the equation). Anion gap calculation isn't used to screen for cancer, rather metabolic problems, commonly acidosis, and several disease contribute, as kidney, gastrointestinal (diarrhea), drugs, diabetes, etc. Lab errors need to be excluded, and most important is  clinical correlation, u r fine

: eGFR 60 is lower normal limit of filtering function of kidney at your age.  In case you have an underlying kidney condition, closer follow-up is likely to follow and more attention should be paid not to further deteriorate kidney function, e.g., minimize analgesic use.

Maybe nothing: BUN and creatinine are meaningful only in the context of your overall health and body type. A very muscular man who eats a lot of meat will have both of these quite elevated and get called a kidney case. If you're older, if you're taking an NSAID, or if you actually have mild kidney disease (hypertension and diabetes are the most common), you'll need to seek the cause with your Dr.

my alb/glob ratio has been at 0.9 on my last 3 blood tests. i take arimidex (anastrozole). could this medication be the cause of a low number?

Not low number: Hi. Most commonly, the low albumin:globulin ratio is NOT due to low albumin, but rather due to elevated globulin (so being the denominator, brings the ratio DOWN). Yours is reproducible. It should be evaluated, but I don't think it has anything to do with the Arimidex (anastrozole). I hope your breast CA is going well. Your doc may decide to get a serum and urine protein electrophoresis/immunofixation. Good luc

Yes: You need to talk seriously with her physician if these findings are present, and consider a hematology consult. A call to the pathologist in charge of the lab would also be appropriate.

Possible but unlike: Estimation of GFR (eGFR) is made from serum creatinine level,  whose value rises  only when glomerular filtration drops by 30-40%. Therefore, decreased eGFR is unlikely from dehydration unless the degree of thereof  is severe.
