Limp neck: is caused by lack of muscle  strength and tone in neck muscles . It may occur with Hypotonia aka floppy baby syndrome.

As a rag doll: Those babies who has hypotonia (muscle weakness) don't have a strength in the neck muscles to hold their head up and act as a rag doll.

Could be infection: Everyone has cervical lymph nodes, which are normally the size and shape of small beans, less than 1 cm, smaller than a dime. If they are growing, if there are large numbers of them, or if they hurt, one can have a primary care doctor examine them. In young adults and kids, big nodes are almost always from infections. In people a bit older, or in the very unlucky of any age, they can be cancer.

Go get checked out: There are many causes for this set of symptoms. It would be best to go in for an evaluation. You want to know exactly what your heart rhythm is during these pounding/skipped beats. Some heart rhythm problems can also cause chest/throat symptoms. Alternatively, there may be separate things going on at the same time.

Very unlikely: Go see your doctor for an exam.  Tonsil cancers are generally painless, often difficult to see by eye, and begin appearing usually in the 30s in non-smokers.

: Telmisartan is an ARB class of meds used to treat hypertension. They are much less apt to have the side effect of a chronic irritating hacking cough from the trachea. ACE inhibitors like lisinopril are much more apt to cause this annoying side effect. Nevertheless, Your telmisartan may be causing your cough. ARBs &amp; ACE inhibitors are important for kidney protection in diabetics though. Ask your MD
