It examines the fetal heart, abdomen, central nervous system, arms and legs.It also looks at the placental position, amniotic fluid, and sometimes includes a cervical length measurement.

Depends: Unfortunately it really depends on the office. However, in my opinion, you should not have to pay for pictures taken in a physician's office during a routine ultrasound exam. When you make arrangements for an 'offsite' 3d-4d" ultrasound, then you pay for their products, which should include pictures and dvd/cd.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, rapidly doubling HCG levels mean pregnancy or tumor of the chorionic tissue. You need to discuss it the the doctor who is ordering the tests.

Many possible causes: There are a number of possible causes of enlarged liver and elevated liver enzymes, ranging from certain metabolic disorders or infections to structural problems.  Evaluation usually includes blood tests, ultrasound, seeing a liver specialist, and sometimes other scans or biopsies.

Borderline abnormal: The free T3 (liothyronine) and free T4 levels are normal.  The TSH is borderline low.  Typically the TSH is the most sensitive indicator of your thyroid level, and when low suggests that your thyroid level may be high (overactive).  Currently you do not have enough of an abnormality to treat.  The colloid cysts are usually of no significance.  You should simply repeat the thyroid levels in 1 month.

NO: This is meant to say that the ultrasound will reflect only what it interrogates. It will see the uterus in real time. What ever is going on is reflected and cannot go back in time. It will show what ever is there or not there at the time it is taken.

Yes: That is how doctors count the number of weeks pregnant.  We all count from the estimated start of the last menstrual period.  All dates are estimates, which works fine in almost all cases.
