i made a video of my eyes. for the most part they stay straight but they did have a little movement after i stared awhile. it was a small movement . it wasnt a jerk or rapid movement. is this nystagmus? when i focus on something they dont move?

Nystagmus: Rapid jerking eye movement in both eyes, called nystagmus may be congenital (from birth) or may be due to a problem in the lower part of the brain or inner ear.  It should be checked by an ophthalmologist.

Twitch: Benign twitch most common. If involves some of the face, need to see neurologist to rule out more serious disease.

: Rarely, symptoms that one sees at home may not be present upon examination in a Dr's office. Your best bet is to try to take a short selfie video of what your eyes do when they jerk. You can then show this to the Dr. Without seeing it themselves, the Dr's cannot diagnose a condition.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor, or preferably a neurologist.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

: If you still have concerns, I think you'll have to consult a neuroopthalmologist at a university hospital department of opthalmology for evaluation and advice.

Diplopia: New onset of double vision at any age requires an answer and / or explanation.  The major  cause is different per age group.  See an ohpthalmologist for evaluation.

Very unusual: Nonstop is unusual.  While people usually think of tourette syndrome, there are other tic disorders of childhood. There is also a postviral syndrome of opsoclonus-myoclonus,  which can be seen in other conditions (neuroblastoma).  Sounds like the child needs to see a pediatric neurologist.
