This is complex: You need expert help, unless you have unusual neurological expertise, you will not figure out how to manage this, and it is far safer to see a neurologist ASAP.  You could have epilepsy with focal seizures, or even a movement disorder, and these issues require very specific directions.

If these events are truly involuntary, it's time for evaluation.  At some point, she is likely to become distressed by them as other children begin to take note of it.

However, if the whole arm or leg shakes or move involuntarily, it could be abnormal. If these movements persist or happen more often you may need to see a neurologist.
