i have a avm located on the front right side  of the brain and my doctor said they can do nothing to treat it is there any way that they can?

Possibly: Avms can be treated with open surgery, embolization, and / or stereotactic radiosurgery (eg gamma knife) each technique has advantages and disadvantages. Some avms may not be treatable by any means due to several factors, such as number & location of feeding vessels, area of brain involved (such as speech or brainstem). I assume you talked to a neurosurgeon. Second opinion?

when this happend a week ago after sex, i experienced a sharp pain on my right side of the brain and my right testicle has been in pain since and i am not getting erections as frequently or at all.

Epididimo-orgitis: This could be due to infection in the testis or cord. You can also have testis torsion. If you lift your testis and pain is improved this is due to infection. If no improvement could be torsion. Suggest that you visit your GP in both cases.

every time i drink coffee or eat i get an hard migraine for 4-5 hours,pain on the right side of the brain and a feeling of dizziness with impeadment in thinking, and a feeling that i can pass out anytime( i fainted once after a coffee).what is this?

: You may have a low blood pressure problem. When we eat or drink, our circulatory system vasodilates in the areas of the stomach and intestines and vasoconstricts elsewhere. It is possible that with low blood pressure, your brain is not getting enough blood pressure to the brain. Talk to your Dr and have your blood pressure measured before and after eating, while sitting, standing and laying down.

Not quite: While most muscular functions cross over in this way including the eye muscles,  the left side of the visual part of the brain controls the right 1/2 of each eye and the right side of the visual cortex controls the left 1/2 of each eye.  Actually it doesn't control it but receives input from these parts of the eye.

Likely muscle spasm: Most pain in the head that is brief is caused by muscular causes.  It is outside the brain, not inside the brain.  It is especially encouraging that the pain moves around, as this would indicate a benign cause of the pain.

Accepted Answer

Usual dominant: Hemisphere in right handers and many left handers.  If so, problem could cause problems with speech expression and reception, but might cause right sided weakness, numbness, and even incoordination in the hand.  Focal lesions may result in headaches and seizures.
