Tracer uptake: Read the report. But it sounds like it means that there is increased bone metabolism at that location. The radiopharmaceutical maps calcium activity (osteoblastic) of the bone. Can have increased metabolism in response to mechanical stress, a fracture, cancer, infection, and miscellaneous reasons.

Risk for MI.: This seems to suggest that the defined areas of the heart are at risk for damage.  This seems to suggest that a blockage exists to the blood flow to those parts of the heart, which can lead to a heart attack.  This needs to be investigated further and treated.  You need an angiogram.

: All imaging and laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.

: I think this report reflects probable ongoing inflammation or loosening of a prosthesis in your knee. I assume you're experiencing significant knee discomfort. Your orthopedic surgeon, who knows your operative history,current symptoms and knee exam findings,  is best to advise you. He/she can also confer with the radiologist who interpreted your study.

Subjective: I presume your colonoscopy endoscopy report said patchy hyperemia. Usually this is nothing just like facial flushing when you are nervous. Sometimes hyperemia is associated with inflammation, but biopsies of the hyperemic areas would confirm this. 

You should ask your gastroenterologist.

Focus on hyperemia: Adnexa=area of ovaries, Hyperemia=increased blood flow.  Assuming nothing else was mentioned this is likely a normal finding.  Despite advances in CT technology, I still believe an ultrasound is the best way to examine the adnexa and bladder.  
"Bladder not well distended" just means you went to the bathroom before the scan.  It is normal.

Benign: Hemangiomas are benign non cancerous disorders of blood vessels. These are reassuring and should just be followed  conservatively by your doctor.

Accepted Answer

Modic changes: describe various stages of vertebral body end plate marrow changes in the progression of degenerative disc disease. It could potentially be associated with pain, but not the leg/foot pain you describe, because it doesn't involve nerve roots.

Accepted Answer

Red eyes: There are many causes for red eyes.  You could try some over-the-counter lubricant drops to see if this helps.  Avoid allergy or "get the red out" drops as they can make the red eyes worse.  If this does not help, make an appointment with an ophthalmologist.
